Item SC3 - Yankee (North Bros) No. 42 Automatic Screw Driver.
This screw driver model emulated the much more popular No. 41 Push Drill,
but with a wooden handle, without a bit storage magazine. It was not produced
by Stanley after they acquired North Bros in 1941. Never very popular, it is
seldom seen these days. This one is a bit dark, but has not been abused. It
was first offered by North Bros in 1900, and that is the last patent date
included on this tool—so it is an old one. Good+
