A
very uncommon zig zag style folding rule, this one is made of sterling silver,
and the English hallmarks date it to the 1820-50 time frame. The rule is
graduated in 1/8 inch intervals on one side, and in 1/16” intervals on the
other. At one end it is marked with three hall marks, “sterling” and “B 10”
(perhaps a model number). It is a rare rule, and is Fine.
