Henry Brown and Thomas Barnard briefly made planes together in Birmingham England circa 1802-3. They are not uncommonly found in the US. I have a weakness for the astragal profile that is essentially a bead set back from the edge of a board. It used to be very popular in the early 19th century, but seems to have fallen out of favor. This plane has a good wedge, a fairly weak iron, a drying check in the nose that is not going anywhere, and a vew worm holes in the left side that are not active. Good. $20.00e
