This great little exhibit of an anonymous carver’s craft is whittled from a single piece of pine or cedar and consists of a single wooden ring, 2” diameter, that suspends four identical carvings, all from the same block of wood. Each of these carvings consists of a chain link (held captive by the wooden ring) that is attached to link that has a base with a carved captive wooden ball. Each of these appendages are 3 inches long. The entire assemblage is in perfect condition, with no cracks or chips. It is a great conversation piece. Fine.
